　　Brief Introduction

　　This product is a self-developed nano composite latex.It is made by the acrylate monomers and other functional monomers (self cross-linking under the radiation of Cobalt 60 γ).It applies to the pigment printing and has excellent performance which can reach the international advanced level.HF-801R is eco-friendly.

　　Features

　　1.Excellent fastness,apply to pure cotton,nylon or synthetic fabrics.Dry rubber level 4,wet rubber level 2.5;

　　2.Good soft hand feeling,non-sticky,sharp patterns,high color yield,beautiful colors without clogging the mesh or sticking knife;

　　3.Baking at high temperature can improve fastness;

　　4.Drying in moderate rate,perfect chemical and mechanical stability,which can be compatible with many pigment printing ingredients without clogging.

　　Application

　　1.Screen printing:flat and rotary screen printing,table printing,elliptical printing etc;

　　2.Suitable to the pigment printing on cotton,hemp,chemical fiber and blended fabric.

　　Usage

　　1.Produce A-pre-emulsion 1-3% thickener,97-99% water,stir them evenly in high-speed.

　　2.Produce ink according to the colors 10-30% HF-801R,62-88% A-pre-emulsion,2-8% pigment color(adjusting the ratio by shade of color) and a few of thickener.Whether to add cross-linking agent depend on the demanding of fastness.

　　3.In the process of manual,rotary screen or flat screen printing,drying naturally or baking (3 minutes in 130-150℃) according to the actual production conditions,but baking can improve the fastness.In the case of specific requirements,the printed fabric also can be softened,dyeing or sized if must.

　　Notes

　　1.Emulsion with adding fixing agent must be used out within 24 hours;

　　2.Baking at high temperature or adding into some fixing agent can enhance the washing fastness,but may affect the hand feeling and elasticity.

　　1.Package:PE Drum with plastic bag inside,50kg/125kg;

　　2.Transportation:by buyer or seller;

　　3.Storage:at the temperature of -5℃--40℃,in a dry and ventilated warehouse for more than 6 months.
