Pigment Printing Rubber Paste PT-811
Brief Introduction
The manual printing rubber paste is made by the acrylate monomers (self cross linking under the radiation of Cobalt 60 γ) and import titanium dioxide. It’s used to the rubber paste printing on cotton and blended fabric. It is very white, good elasticity,high coverage, soft hand feeling,good fastness and can be washed under 60℃ water for 120 minutes without falling off. Both the white and Clear paste are eco-friendly.

Notes
1.Mixed with other Rubber Paste, 100-120 mesh board ， generally for cotton fabric print 2 times each time print 3 times, for high elastic fabric should print clear paste 2 times as bottom paste,then mix the white and clear with required pigment color,print 2 times onceagain;
2.The paste can dry naturally with 24 hours or cured for 2-3 minutes at 130℃ temperature,for heat pressing under 130℃ then 10-15 seconds is enough;
3.The paste drying speed is suitable,good mechanical and chemical stability,well compatible with many pigment dispersion;
4.The paste should be used out within 24 hours after adding the agent,the recommend time for using is 12 hours after mixing.
Package and Storage
1.White Paste:25、60kg/bucket，Clear Paste:20、50kg/bucket;
2.Store in a cool and shade place,sealed well at 0-40℃ for 1 year.
