Hand Printing Rubber Paste Clear (PU) PT-88T

Brief Introduction

 This product is high-performance textile printing rubber paste, which is independently made by ourselves and its performance has reached the domestic advanced level. This paste is combined of imported polyurethane resin and special auxiliary agent which is safe, non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating. It applies to polyester fabric and high elastic fabric printing. This product has good performance of high elastic, good adhesion and sea water resistance. The environmental testing results meet the standards of Europe, America and Japan. (Environmental test report is available upon request.)

Usage

Based Printing (Mixing clear paste with 1-2% PT-802 auxiliary agent to print 1-2 times) Using white and clear together to adjust color and then Printing 2-3 times with 1-2% PT-802 auxiliary agent Drying naturally

Features

1. Excellent adhesion to polyester fabric and not easily warped after washing; 
2. Can be mixed with other non-anion rubber paste in any proportion; 
3. Soft hand feeling and good elastic; 
4. Film is plump and thick; 
5. Excellent mechanical and chemical stability. Good compatibility, which can be used with a variety of pigment paste.
 

Notes

1. Adding fixing agent can improve the fastness, but may affect the hand feeling. 
2. The paste must be used up within 12 hours after adding the cross link agent.

Package and Storage

1. Package: PE Drum with plastic bag inside, 20kg/pail or 50kg/pail; 
2. Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse, sealed well at the temperature of 0-40℃for 6 months. This product is not dangerous.
